SURFACE PREP:
Bare Metal:
Remove all rust scale with wire brush or sander.
Remove oil or grease with paint thinner.
Prime with rust inhibiting primer.

Painted Metal:
Remove loose or peeling paint and rust scale with wire brush or sander.
Remove oil or grease with paint thinner.
Prime any bare metal with rust inhibiting primer.

Painted Surfaces : (General) Make sure surface is clean, dry and free of loose paint, dirt, wax, grease, etc.
Sand glossy areas.
Spot prime absorbent areas.

APPLICATION:
Stir thoroughly.
Apply with a high quality brush, roller, paint pad or by spray equipment.
Where necessary, apply a second coat and allow each coat to dry thoroughly before applying the next coat.
Do not apply if surface temperature is below 50 degrees F (10 Degrees C) or in direct sunlight.
On unpainted surfaces, sand lightly and apply two coats for best results, sanding lightly between coats.

WARNING:
If you scrape, sand or remove old paint, you may release dust.
LEAD IS TOXIC.
EXPOSURE TO LEAD DUST CAN CAUSE SERIOUS ILLNESS, SUCH AS BRAIN DAMAGE, ESPECIALLY IN CHILDREN.
